Meet Our Founder

Johannah brings more than 20 years of building human resource processes and programs across a wide spectrum of companies. She has held various HR positions for start-up and multi-national brands including Publicis Group, Groupon, Hyatt Hotels, Pet Supplies Plus and Telemus, a boutique wealth management firm. Johannah navigates HR challenges by balancing an analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving with consideration for the human emotion.
Johannah is passionate about partnering with business leaders, regardless of the size and stage of the company, to cultivate a thriving workplace. Johannah started SchifferHR with the goal of leveraging her experiences and helping organizations elevate their HR strategy.
